The Book Meme

1. Grab the nearest book.
2. Open the book to page 123.
3. Find the fifth full sentence.
4. Post the text of the sentence in your journal along with these instructions.
5. Don't search around for the coolest book you can find. Use what's actually nearest to you.

"They are a matrilineal, virilocal people with high personal spatial mobility, and inhabit small villages with cores of male matrikin, of whom the oldest member of the senior genealogical generation is usually the headman."

Hicks, David, ed. 2002 Ritual and Belief: Readings in the Anthropology of Religion. New York: McGraw-Hill

I'm reading this for my ANTH 5: Magic, Science and Religion class.
