Since we had Shadowrun already on Tuesday, we moved our Valentines celebration to wednesday night.
Shawn took me out to Benihana's for dinner. I blew my diet pretty horribly, but luckily only show 1 pound increase today.
He also bought me a really beautiful chain.
In other news, I am now down 15 pounds since early January. My jeans are starting to feel a little loose!
I hope that everyone has a great weekend. I'm off to Dundracon to game and party with friends!

Wow. I had a major 80s flashback today.
Walking out of Benson Student Center, I saw a girl who reminded me of many girls that I grew up with.
She was wearing red Chuck Converse high tops, a mini shirt in jeans material with swirls of paint on it, 2 layered tank tops in pastel colors, bleach blond hair with the ends razor cut and spiked. I felt for a second like I was back in junior high.

I hate being sick. I was out for the last 2 days of work and found a big pile of stuff on my desk when I got back. This is supposed to be the slow part of the quarter.
Shawn had the flu last week and I thought that maybe for once I wouldn't get it. I was sooooo... wrong!
So much for trying to work out and eat better. I barely have enough energy to be at work today.
Ugh!

I am so bored.
I am stuck in this computer lab waiting to help instructors who are having trouble posting their grades. I have been here for more than 2 hours and only 2 instructors have come by.
It is so quiet that even trying to get my work done is frustrating.
Only 45 more minutes and I can meet Shawn and we can go to the University Holiday party! They actually do pretty well with the food and the drinks. Maybe I will win a door prize this year.
